"Waves" variable edition print

This abstract arrangement of blue ocean waves was created from commas and apostrophes and hand-inked for color variations. Each print shows the same composition but is a unique work of art.

Process

Wood type commas were arranged and set on the bed of a cylinder press. Each variable edition in this series was hand-inked in a way that creates texture and variations in depth of color.
